HANDLING TIMES

Orders will be shipped 1-2 business days after they have been placed. On occasions it can take 2-3 business days for your order to ship, please allow for this. Public holidays and weekends are not included in these timeframes. Regular processing time frames apply to Express Post shipping options.

Please allow up to 7 business days for orders to be processed during new product releases, restocks, sales and free shipping promotions. 

Orders that include a 'PRE-ORDER' item will not be shipped separately. The entire order will ship when the pre-order item is in stock. Please refer to the product listing for an estimated shipping date on "Pre-Order" items.

International Taxes & Duties

We Ship WORLDWIDE! - Please leave a contact phone number for International deliveries as customs may need to contact you for delivery. Our freight prices do not include local import duties and taxes if applicable in your country, these are the responsibility of the buyer.

Duties and taxes may apply by your local customs authority when your parcel is received into your country. Duties rates can vary dependant on the value of the goods, what they are and when they are made from.

All countries have different rules regarding this so we are unable to tell you exactly what duties may be required to be paid as this is determined by your countries import customs officials. You will not always be required to pay for duties or import tax, but it is important you make yourself aware of the duties and threshold that may apply in your country.

Please note, if you decide not to pay import taxes or duties and choose to reject the parcel, you will not be refunded for your order.
